Farce’s award winning black pudding is the perfect accompaniment to a full Irish Breakfast; reminding you of home and finished with a touch of Espelette pepper.
Heat up a small spoonful of vegetable oil in a frying pan and cook your pudding for roughly 4-5 minutes on each side. Let your pudding take on a lovely crust as the inside will stay soft and creamy.
Serve with a mug of Irish breakfast tea or a good porter.
After opening, keep refrigerated below 5c and eat as soon as possible.
