Our cultured buttermilk is bottled straight from the churn. Free from preservatives, additives and artificial colours our buttermilk is the result of churning cream into butter and harvesting the whey – low in lactose and fat, high in protein and flavour.

Lard Ass was founded by a dairy farmer’s daughter. They use the traditional method, using a single batch churn.
