Made from Chardonnay wine vinegar, sweetened with concentrated grape juice and then aged in American oak barrels to allow the vinegar, and concentrated grape juice flavours to infuse this rich, intense modern style vinegar. No added colours or sulphites.
Serving Suggestions
Perfect to make a pan sauce or for deglazing after roasting or frying fish, chicken or pork. Suited for salad dressings and oysters.
