Marabissi is a family-owned Tuscan bakery based in Chianciano Terme near Siena, renowned for artisan biscuits, panforte, and regional Italian sweets. Crafted using traditional methods, their panforte is made by preparing a honey-sugar caramel base, folding through nuts, candied fruit, and spices, before being hand-pressed and baked to perfection.
