Our Grand Reserve Verjus is crafted from the January harvest of young green grapes personally selected by our master Vinegar Maker, Ian Henderson. It is vibrant, fresh and crisp with a hint of citrus and is only available to chefs. No added colours or sulphites.

You can use our premium Chardonnay Verjus as you would use white wine vinegar, lemon juice or white wine?it is especially good in beurre blanc, or other sauces for chicken or fish.
