A fine condiment with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena of great density and sweetness. The aromas of plum jam intertwine with the sweet hints of vanilla, creating a delicate and enveloping aromatic bouquet. Ideal for seasoning different types of recipes.

Ageing: In wine barrels, with the addition of aged balsamic vinegar drawn from a series of centuries old casks
